Canada Post has moved from a full, national strike to rotating strikes.

This means members will experience delays in receiving mailed communications such as account statements, important banking documents, and government payment cheques delivered by mail.

To reduce the impact of this disruption, we encourage you to:

- Sign up for CRA Direct Deposit to receive government payments securely and without interruption
- Switch to eStatements through Online Banking for faster access to your statements
- Use Online Banking or the Mobile App for secure, 24/7 access to your accounts and services
